Common Option Data refers to data that is common to all aspects of the SMarT-1 EuroRoute
One-line Dialer.
The default data of the following registers will depend on the country-specific-default data that
is used. Refer to Appendix 2 for the this data.

The maximum number of call-retry attempts that the Dialer will allow is set in Register 122.
This limit is also true for Route changes in the Search Tables (see page 60) and with the
execution of token 08 in the ACS (see page 49).
