DISASSEMBLING THE AGITATOR AXLE
The agitator can be removed from its housing without the use of tools, with a view to
facilitating cleaning operations and replacing damaged parts.
1) Doser with seed hatch and seeding wheel disassembled (Fig. 22).
2) Remove the various parts of the agitator (Fig. 23).
3) Remove the agitator (Fig. 24), ensuring that the bearing and protection disc on the
opposite side do not drop down.
4) Tilting the shaft slightly and pushing inwards, remove the bearing and the protection
disc from their housing (Fig. 25). Repeat this operation on the other side.

Take the agitator off (Fig. 26), thoroughly clean all the parts and the housings of the
bearings with special care.
Installing the agitator shaft:
1) Slide the shaft into the housing of the bearing (Fig. 27).
2) Fit the bearing on the shaft and the protection disc on the left housing from inside
the metering unit. Then, install the last roll pin on the right (A, Fig. 28).
3) In the right housing of the bearing, fit the bearing, first, followed by the protection
disc. Finally, install the shaft.
4) Use the roll pin on the left side (Fig. 29) to secure the shaft. Then, install the
remaining roll pins on the agitator shaft.
