ATTENZIONE Tutte le operazioni di manutenzione, regolazione e di approntamento alla lavorazione, devono essere eseguite tassativamente con presa di forza del trattore disinserita, seminatrice al suolo sui piedini di appoggio, trattore spen- to, ben fermo e chiave disinserita. -

I semi, che per risucchio vanno a tappare i fori del disco, verran- no poi rilasciati sul terreno. -

ITALIANO USO E MANUTENZIONE 3.0.6 REGOLAZIONE PIASTRINA ANTITRABOCCAMENTO La piastrina antitraboccamento (1 Fig. 17) è regolabile in tre posizioni e definisce l'ampiezza della luce di ingresso semi (2 Fig. 17), in modo che questi non possano fuoriuscire dal distributore per eccesso di alimentazione. La regolazione si rende particolar- mente necessaria quando vi sono terreni con notevoli pendenze o ci troviamo in presenza di semi piccoli. -

ITALIANO USO E MANUTENZIONE 3.0.10 ELEMENTO SEMINATORE fig. 20 Per ottenere una corretta ed omogenea profondità d'interra- mento dei semi, è necessario compiere alcune semplici regolazioni sugli elementi seminatori. Regolare la profondità di semina variando l'altezza delle ruote laterali (1 Fig. 20) agendo con la manovella (2 Fig. 20). Un indice numerato consente di registrare ad eguale misura tutti gli elementi. -

ITALIANO USO E MANUTENZIONE SCATOLA TRASMISSIONE SEMINATORE Ogni scatola e provvista di una spina di sicurezza (1 Fig. 27) che si spezza quando la rotazione del disco di semina forza o si blocca causa l'ingresso di corpi estranei ai semi (carta, spago ecc.). Nel caso, scaricare i semi dal contenitore, controllare e pulire il distri- butore, controllare i piolini del disco e sostituire la spina di sicu- rezza. - Page 16 ITALIANO USO E MANUTENZIONE 3.0.12 REGOLAZIONE DISCHI MARCAFILE Fissare sui due bracci del marcafile il manicotto porta disco (1 Fig. 30), senza serrare a fondo i dadi, introdurre il disco e fermarlo con la spina a scatto. Ricavare dalla tabella 2 la distanza (L Fig. 28) alla quale il disco deve tracciare la linea di riferimento.

ENGLISH USE AND MAINTENANCE 2.0. SAFETY REGULATIONS AND ACCIDENT PREVENTION Pay careful attention to the danger signs shown in this manual. There are three levels of danger signs: DANGER. ENGLISH USE AND MAINTENANCE 3.0. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE To obtain the best performance from the equipment, carefully follow what is set up below. ATTENTION All maintenance work, adjustments and preparation for operation, must be carried out with the power take-off of the tractor disconnected, the seeder on the ground on its supporting feet, the tractor not running, the wheels blocked and the key turned off. -

ENGLISH USE AND MAINTENANCE 3.0.3. SEED DISTRIBUTOR A plate (Fig. 13), chosen according to the size of the seed, is installed inside the distributors (the seed should not be able to enter the hole). Should suction cause some seeds to clog the holes of the plate, these will be left on the ground. -

ENGLISH USE AND MAINTENANCE 3.0.6. ANTI-OVERFLOW PLATE ADJUSTMENT The anti-overflow plate (1 Fig. 17) can be adjusted to 3 positions and defines the width of the seed inlet gap (2 Fig. 17), so that these cannot flow out of the distributor due to excessive feeding. -

ENGLISH USE AND MAINTENANCE SEEDER TRANSMISSION CASE Each case is equipped with a safety pin which breaks (1 Fig. 27) when the rotating of the seeder plate is forced or jams as a result of foreign bodies entering the distributor (paper, string etc.) Should this occur, pour the seeds out of the container, check and clean the distributor, check the plate pegs and replace the safety pin. - Page 38 ENGLISH USE AND MAINTENANCE 3.0.12 ROW MARKER DISK ADJUSTMENT Attach the disc holding sleeve (1 Fig. 30) onto the two arms of the row marker, without overtightening the nuts, insert the disc and secure it in place by means of the snap pin.

ENGLISH USE AND MAINTENANCE 3.0.13 DISTRIBUTION OF CHEMICAL PRODUCTS Fertilizers and insecticides are distrib-uted by means of special dosers (1 Fig. 33-34) fitted under the corre-sponding hoppers. These dosers can be adjusted by turning the knob (2 Fig. 33- 34). Depending on how the dosers are regulated - please refer to the tables below - you can determine the quantity of fertilizer and insecticide needed to cover a hectare of land. -

The tensioning and good condition of the belt are therefore of vital importance to ensure the good for the good operation of the NR - aspirator and, hence, the success of the sowing. -
