34. WARNING: FALL HAZARD - Do not use the Bugaboo Ant in the two-
wheel position. This is not an intended use position.
35. Only use recommended backrest use positions. Lowest backrest
position is not recommended for use on this stroller.
36. FALL HAZARD - Prevent children from sitting on the backrest.
Seating area is designated by the safety harness.
37. FALL HAZARD - Always use the sun canopy and have the side
barriers attached on the seat frame when a child from 0-6 months is
in the stroller.
38. Avoid injury from stored energy – Do not let your child(ren) play with
the leg rest.
BASSINET USED ON CHASSIS *
39. The bassinet is not intended for use by children older than 6 months
or for a child who can sit up unaided, roll over and can push itself up
on its hands and knees.
40. WARNING: Do not let other children play unattended near the
bassinet/ carrycot.
41. WARNING: SUFFOCATION HAZARD - Infants have suffocated:
• In gaps between extra padding and the side of the bassinet, and
on soft bedding.
• Use ONLY the mattress provided by Bugaboo.
• NEVER add a pillow, comforter, or another mattress for padding.
42. The head of the child in the bassinet should never be lower than the
body of the child.
43. Do not use the bassinet or a car seat in the two wheel position.
*This is not applicable to the Bugaboo Ant as it has no bassinet.
BASSINET USED OFF-CHASSIS *
44. WARNING: Do not use the bassinet off the chassis once your child
can sit unaided.
45. WARNING: FALL HAZARD - Child's activity can move carrier. NEVER
place carrier on counter tops, tables, or any other elevated surface.
46. WARNING: SUFFOCATION HAZARD - Infant carrier can roll over on
soft surfaces and suffocate child.
47. WARNING: SUFFOCATION HAZARD - Infants have suffocated:
• In gaps between extra padding and the side of the bassinet, and
on soft bedding.
• Use ONLY the mattress provided by Bugaboo.
• NEVER add a pillow, comforter, or another mattress for padding.

58. WARNING: Do not use the seat off the chassis once your child can
sit unaided.
59. WARNING: FALL HAZARD - Avoid serious injury from falling or
sliding out. Always use the complete five-point harness.
60. WARNING: The seat used off-chassis (as a reclined cradle) does
not replace a cot or bed. It is not intended for prolonged periods of
sleeping. Should your child need to sleep then place it in a suitable
cot or bed.
61. WARNING: FALL HAZARD: It is dangerous to use the seat off-
chassis (as a reclined cradle) on an elevated surface, e.g. a table.
62. WARNING: SUFFOCATION HAZARD - The seat can roll over on soft
surfaces and suffocate child. NEVER place carrier on beds, sofa, or
other soft surfaces.
63. Never use the seat as a means to transport an infant in a motor
vehicle.
64. Never use the seat on a stand.

Ant.
ACCESSORY USAGE
65. Only use authentic Bugaboo replacement parts and Bugaboo
accessories or products approved by Bugaboo for use with the
Bugaboo stroller. It is unsafe to use products that are not approved
by Bugaboo.
66. For car seats used in conjunction with chassis this stroller does not
replace the cot or the bed. Should your child need sleep, then it
