4.2.3 Privacy Statement



The UPS2000 system logs, email sending function may involve system or personal
information.



Before performing any maintenance or change operations, Huawei engineers must obtain
the formal written authorization from the customer, and must perform operations in
compliance with local laws and regulations.
If data required for fault locating needs to be transmitted out of the carrier's network,
engineers must obtain official approval from the customer, anonymize the user information
in accordance with national or local legal requirements, and delete recorded files after the
fault locating is complete.
Log
To facilitate fault location, the UPS2000 system may record the following information in
logs: detailed data exchange and processing procedures and related system and personal
user information, including the user account, IP address, email address, software version,
device information, and location.
The system anonymizes personal data or displays part of the involved personal data, such
as displaying the email address usertest@huawei.com as us*****t@huawei.com.
