    Product Description 2.1 Product Description The eAPP dispatch platform consists of the Multimedia Dispatching and processing Center eMDC610, Dispatching Console eDC610, Multimedia Recording and playback Server eMRS610, and inter-system connection gateways. Figure 2-1 shows the networking of the eAPP system.
