sedes all other modes.
Site Testing Not Al-
Site Testing is not allowed if the Base is

Two bases on the same channel are big trouble.

first establish radio contact. If you continue to get
this message and it results in a "Transmission
Failed" message, your Radios in Base and Termi-
nal are not communicating. Be sure they are on
same channel. They may need repair.
"Waiting on Host
Problem is between Host computer and Base

station. Check to see if host application is running.
Check serial parameters and eliminate any exten-
sion cables. Run the Demo program. Try another
COM port or another computer.
Problem is in host program. Notify programmer!
"Base Station Shut
If the Base Station receives 5 Sequence Errors in

You will have to cycle power on the Base Station
or you can send a command (*@EOT) form the
host and have the Terminal Sign On again to con-
tinue. See Chapter 6, page 6-8 for more infor-
mation on Sequence Errors.
" Base Reinitialized X
Base Station has been reinitialized. If message
reads "Base Reinitialized P", then reinitialization is

program. Fix problem (cycle power on Base or re-
initialize from host program).
