My Trainer provides a quick guide to operate the system.
To access My Trainer,
1. Press Alt + H to enter My Trainer.
Or,
Press Utility -> System -> User Configurable Key. Check
Enable Numeric Key, then set My Trainer in the Keyboard
Key or User Defined Key.
2. Press defined key to access My Trainer.
