CAUSE

Oil solidification in
low temperature.

The oil outlet of chain
bar is blocked.

at a particular angle
is preventing the oil
in the oil tank from
entering the oil pipe.

A lubricant other than
the recommended
translucent yellow,
translucent red or
colorless translucent
oil is used.

SOLUTION
◾
Change to the proper lubricating oil
(suitable for low temperature).

Clean up the dust in the oil outlet.

Fill the oil tank with bar and chain
lubricant.

Contact EGO Customer Service for
repair.

Place the chain saw flat and try again.
◾
Do not use black oil. Switch to a
recommended oil.
