System Settings Defaults

Use the System Setting features to customize your machine to your
work environment.
Each System Settings button provides access to change a variety of
options. Each of the machines currently selected options are
displayed in the text to the right of each button.

Factory Default Explanation and Notes
Fully Adjustable Fully Adjustable allows the
user to adjust the size and the
stock type of the tray.
Dedicated allows users only to
use the programmed stock that
is in the tray.
If you want to dedicate a tray
to use specific stock such as
transparencies, letterhead, or
non-standard stock use this
setting.
Fully Adjustable This tray is designed be easily
loaded with non-standard
stock.
Dedicated This tray is designed to
increase the availability of
either 8.5 x 11 inch or A4
paper.
