Installing the casings

Before installing the casings, you should check
whether the packing is complete and in good
condition, possible damage or missing element
must be reportedbefore proceeding with the
installation. This manual describes how to install
the casings for the K500 unit.
To assemble the casings the Installer must have
a screwdriver with
Components:
Left side
Right side
Upper Front
Screws M5 x 13 Qty 8
Remove the top cover from the stove by lifting it
straight up, the cover is held in place using 4
spring clips so needs to be lifted with some
force to remove it from the body of the stove
PH3 screw tip.

Place the upper front as shown in the opicture
below, the flaps of the upper front must go
inside the frame of the stove.

Screw the upper front to the frame using two of
the screws provided. Place screws in the loca-
tion shown below.Do not fully tighten as a small
adjustment may be necessaary.
