13. Set the pressure gauge on the front of the panel to 35 psi and check for air leaks.
14. Connect the power cord to a wall outlet.
15. Switch the power to the "ON" position and verify operation.

REPLACING THE LENS DRIVE ASSEMBLY:

1. Switch the power on the Edger to the "OFF" position.
2. Disconnect the POWER from the wall outlet.
3. Unplug the Lens Drive from the wiring harness at its 3 conductor amp-type connector.
4. Remove the three socket head screws securing the assembly to the slide plate and lift
the assembly off.
5. Being careful to align the locating pins in the slide plate with the locating holes in the
base of the motor, position the new assembly on the slide plate and secure it with the
three socket head screws.
6. Connect the motor to the wiring harness at it's 3 conductor amp-type connector and
secure the wires.
7. Connect the power cord to the wall.
8. Switch the power to the "ON" position.
9. Follow the procedures on

REPLACING THE LENS DRIVE BRAKE:

1. Switch the power to the OFF position.
2. Unplug the Diode pack from the Brake's 2 conductor amp-style plug.
3. Loosen the two set screws securing the brake's locking collar and slide the collar off
the shaft.
4. Remove the three Phillips head screws securing the brake to the rear of the Lens Drive
Motor and slide the Brake off the shaft.
5. Slide the new Brake over the shaft and secure it to the rear of the motor with the three
Phillips head screws.
6. Slide the locking collar over the shaft and into the brake. Be careful not to pinch the
fiber disk inside the brake.
