Removing and Installing
the Engine
– Remove the auger.

: Remove the cable ties (1).
: Unscrew the locknuts (arrows),
take out the screws (2) and pull
off the handlebar (3) with control
handle
– always install new locknuts.

: Loosen the screws (1) and pull
out the auger brake lever (2).

: Take out the screws (1) and lift
the engine (2) out of the handle
frame (3).
Installing

: Fit the engine (1) in the handle
frame (2) with the fuel tank (3)
facing the handle (4).

: Position the engine (1) so that the
holes in the handle frame and
gearbox are in alignment, insert
the screws (2) and tighten them
down firmly.

: Line up the handlebar (1) with
control handle with the lockout
lever (2) facing upwards, then
push it into place.
: Insert screws (3) from the
outboard side, fit new locknuts
(arrows) and tighten them down
firmly.
: Position throttle cable (4) along
the frame and fix in place with
cable ties (5).

: Push the auger brake lever (1)
under the clamp (2) and into the
recess (arrow) as far as stop –
then tighten down the screws (3)
firmly.
– Mount the auger.
