GPIO format of peripheral configuration data (3 Byte): GpioId In/Out level。
GPIO ID: Channel ID
In/Out: Channel output/inpout mode
0 Output
1 Input
Level: The level state of the channel
0 Low level
1 High level
2 Reverse
Note: when it is set to input, level represents the input level value 0 (low level) or 1 (high level), when it is set to output,
level represents 0 (low level), 1 (high level), 2 (reverse).
