Introduction Manufacturerʼs Note Perineorrhaphy Simulator has been developed for advancing the skills in Midwifery, and facilitates the training in Perineorrhaphy. ■ Features ○ Suture training of the first-degree perineal tear. ○ Genital area excels in elasticity, durability and resilience to provide multiple training opportunity. ■ Training skills ● Perineorrhaphy ・Single interrupted suture ・Vertical mattress suture Read before use This simulator has been developed for the training of medical and paramedical professionals only. Replacement of the Genitalia Skin After training After Training Replacement of the Genitalia Skin 1. Put the finger into the gap between the genitalia skin and the holder to remove it, and attach the new skin. Put the genitalia skin into the pit of the supporting holder. Apply the talcum powder on the edge of skin to make it easy. Put the skin from directions to the holder. Ensure that the skin is sitting in the holder firmly. ※The replacement genitalia skin (a set of two) are stored one of each in the storage bag. Storage bag After Training If the genitalia skin gets dirty after training, clean by wiping with soap or neutral detergent, and apply the talcum powder on it to store on the supporting holder putting in the storage bag definitely. ※Never use organic solvent like paint thinner or alcohol to clean the skin, as this will damage the skin and the supporting holder. ※The genitalia skin is made of the special material which is optimal for the suture training. - Page 13 ご使用の前に 外陰部皮膚の取扱い及び保管方法に関するご注意 必ずお読みください！ ■ 外陰部皮膚の取扱い及び保管方法に関するご注意 外陰部皮膚には伸縮性と復元性、耐久性に優れた特殊な軟質樹脂を使用しております。 下記の注意事項を必ずお読みいただき、適切な取扱いと実習後の保管をお願いいたします。 ○ 実習後は外陰部皮膚は支持台に取り付け､付属の透明袋に入れ､梱包時の箱に収納の上 保管してください。 ○ 他の樹脂製品や印刷物が外陰部皮膚に直接触れないようにしてください。 他の樹脂製品や印刷物が直接外陰部皮膚に接触した状態で保管されますと､表面に型が残ったり 印刷物のインクが吸収され､消えなくなる場合があります。 ○ 適切な温度・湿度で､直射日光を避けて保管してください。 外箱に適切な保管温度の目安となる警告用シールが貼付してあります。 気温が 60℃以下の場所で保管してください。 65℃以上になると左端の○印のマークが黒色に変色しますので、すみやかに保管場所を移動して ください。 ※１度変色したシールは元の色に戻りません。 発色前 発色後 3F65 年 月貼付 3F65 年 月貼付 ３...

- Page 15 外陰部皮膚の交換 後片付け他 後片付け 外陰部皮膚の交換 1. 支持台と外陰部皮膚の隙間に指を差し込んで取り外し、新しい皮膚を取り付けます。 支持台の凹み部分に外陰部皮膚を挿入します。外陰部皮膚の挿入部分にタルカムパウダーを塗布すると 挿入しやすくなります。どの部分から入れてもかまいませんが、本体と皮膚がなじむようにしっかり 挿入してください。 ※交換部品の外陰部皮膚 (2 枚組 ) は それぞれ専用の収納袋に入ってます。 必ず収納袋に入れて保管してくだ 専用収納袋 さい。 後片付け 実習後は外陰部皮膚に汚れがあれば水又は中性洗剤で拭き取り、タルカムパウダーを塗布して支持台に 取り付け、必ず収納袋に入れて保管してください。 ※アルコールやシンナーなど の有機溶剤は､絶対に使用 しないでください。 支持台は表面が劣化します ので、拭き取らないでくだ さい。 ※外陰部皮膚は縫合実習に適した特殊樹脂を使用しています。 直接他の樹脂に長時間触れた状態で保管されますと変形したり、他の樹脂が劣化する恐れがあります。 ５...
