Be careful to assemble all components
in the sequence they are presented.
NOTE:
Wrench tighten ALL hardware at the end of each STEP . Some components may be
pre-assembled. Nylon lock nuts will not fully screw onto bolts, they must be wrench
tighten to fully go on.
2A. Insert Height Adjustment Tube (D) into Base Frame (A) and secure
it using:
1 - (#7) M6x16mm Socket Head Cap Screw
1 - (#11) M6 Spring Washer
2B. Screw the Pop Pin(#20) into the Base Frame (A).
2C. Insert Foam Roller Tube (E) into Height Adjustment Tube (D).
2D. Insert two Foam Rollers (#18), four Plastic Rings (#17), two End
Caps (#22) onto the Foam Roller Tube (E) and secure the End
Caps (#22) using:
4 - (#6) M4x3mm Set Screw
2E. Insert Foam Roller Tube (E) into Base Frame (A).
2F. Insert two Foam Rollers (#18), four Plastic Rings (#17), two End
Caps (#22) onto the Foam Roller Tube (E) and secure the End
Caps (#22) using:
4 - (#6) M4x3mm Set Screw
2E. Secure both Foam Roller Tubes (E) using:
2 - (#3) M10x35mm Socket Head Cap Screw
2 - (#13) M10 Jam Nut
