Cupboard & drawer

Cupboard Door Hinges –
Place the cup part of the hinge into the cupboard door panel ensuring that the arm of the hinge is
facing out of the door panel. Once in the position close the hinge flap, this will secure them into
place. There are no screws required to attach these hinges. Refer to images 4 & 5 page 5
Step 2 – Cupboard & Pullout Drawer / Table Cabinet Assembly
Start the cabinet assembly by using either one of the cabinet End Panels.
Cabinet Back Panel - Ensuring the cam locks are facing away from the inside. Place the cabinet back
panel onto the side panel. Match up the cam locks with the cam pins. Tighten the cam locks and
cam pins together by using a Philips head hand screwdriver.
Cabinet Bottom Panel - With the cam locks facing away from the inside of the cabinet attach the
bottom panel to the end panel and back panel. Refer to image 7 page 10
Cabinet Top Panel - With the cam locks facing the inside of the cabinet attach the top panel to the
end panel and back panel. - It is essential that the cam locks are facing the inside of the cabinet.
Cabinet Kick / Rail - With the cam locks facing to the back of the cabinet attach the kick panel to the
end panel.
Place the remaining end panel on top of the previously assembled panels. Ensuring the cam pins are
lined up with the cam locks. Tighten the cam pins to the cam locks.
Pull Out Drawer / Table - Using the dome head screws, attach the pullout drawer/table runners to
the drawer/table panel The holes for these are pre-drilled. Refer to image 3 page 9
Pull Out Drawer / Table Front - Attach the Pull Out Drawer / Table to the front panel by tightening
the cam pins into the cam locks.
Cupboard Door - With the hinge arms facing into the cabinet line up the prongs on the door hinges
with the hinge clips. Push the door so these clips are all the way in and then push the back of the
hinge arm until you hear it click into position. Refer to image 8 page 10
Place the Cupboard & Drawer unit next to the side of the Alpha Wallbed that it will be attached to.
Ensure the front edge of the drawer & cupboard is flush with the front edge of the wall bed cabinet.
Attaching the handles
Place the handle over the pre-drilled holes in the door and drawer fronts panels. Insert the handle
screws through the pre-drilled holes in the door panel and tighten using a Phillips head screw driver.
