3.8 Partition setting

Partition Settings are used for device partition management and are divided into three levels
"building" ， A completed building, such as an office building. Each building may contain several floors
"floor" ， Refers to a floor in a building, each floor may contain several zones
"zone" ， zones refers to the sub-division under the floor level, and each zones can contain several devices
