the hose connections are tight and leak test each time you reconnect the gas bottle.

  • Page 6 Attach the Upper Support (C11) to the left/right cabinet panel using M6x15 Bolts (D3x4pcs). Bottom View Attach the Storage Unit (C17) onto the Bottom Panel (C16) using M6x15 Bolts (D3x4pcs) as shown.
  • Page 7 Carefully turn the cabinet upside-down. Unscrew the Locknuts (C22) from both ends of the Axle (C21). Slide the axle through the corresponding holes in the left cabinet panel . Slide the Wheels (C19) over each end of the axle. Secure the wheels into place with the locknuts. Place the Wheel Hubcaps (C20) onto the outside of the wheels.
  • Page 8 Carefully place the Barbecue Body (B1) onto the cabinet assembly and fix using M6x15 Bolts (D3x4pcs) as shown. Remove the retaining bolts from one Door Handle (C12), and then attach the door handle onto the Left Door (C13) using the retaining bolts as shown.
  • Page 9 Remove the retaining bolts from one Door Handle (C12), and then attach the door handle onto the Right Door (C14) using the retaining bolts as shown. Fit the doors to the cabinet by depressing the spring pins and placing into the cabinet.
  • Page 10 Attach Side Shelf Panel , Tool Hook (C4 , C5) onto Side Shelf (C3) using M6x15 Bolts (D3x2pcs) and M6 Nut (D4x2pcs) as shown. step1 step2 step3 step4 Attach the side shelf assembly to the barbecue body using ST4.0x10 Screw (D2x1pcs) and M6x15 Bolts (D3x4pcs) as shown.
  • Page 11 Attach Side Burner Shelf Panel (C2) onto Side Burner Shelf (C1) using M6x15 Bolts (D3x2pcs) and M6 Nut (D4x2pcs) as shown. step1 step2 step4 step3 Attach the side burner shelf assembly to the barbecue body using ST4.0x10 Screw (D2x1pcs) and M6x15 Bolts (D3x4pcs) as shown.
  • Page 12 Attach the side burner valve onto side burner shelf using M4x10 Bolts (D5x2pcs) as shown. Press the Side Burner Knob (C7) onto side burner valve stem. Feed the venturi tube of the Side Burner (C8) through the hole in bottom of the side burner shelf, and fix it onto side burner shelf using a M4x10 Bolt (D5x1pcs) as shown.
  • Page 13 Unscrew the pre-assembled nut of the Ignition Button (B11). Insert the Ignition Button (B11) into the hole at the side burner shelf and secure with the pre- assembled nut. Connect the electrode wire to the ignitor. WARNING: BEFORE OPERATION, ENSURE SIDE BURNER WIRES ARE CONNECTED TO IGNITOR.
  • Page 14 Insert the Drip Tray (B10) by sliding it underneath the barbecue body. Lay the Flame Tamer (B6) carefully into the body ensuring it lies level within the body. Lay the Grill With Hole (B8) and Round Grill (B7) , Cooking Grill (B9) into place.
  • Page 15 Attach the Warming Rack (A4) to the Barbecue Body (B1) as shown. Attach the Beer Bottle Opener (B12) to the Right Cabinet Panel using M6x15 Bolt (D3x1pcs) , as shown.
