Leak test annually, and whenever the gas bottle is removed or replaced. Check that the
hose connections are tight and leak test each time you reconnect the gas bottle.
For Flare-up control please refer to the 'OPERATION' section of this manual.

  • Page 6 ① ② Step Step Unscrew the Locknuts (C24) from both ends of the Axle (C21). Insert the axle through the corresponding holes in the left legs, then slide a Wheel (C22) over each end of the axle. Secure the wheels into place with the locknuts. Place the Hubcaps (C23) onto the outside of the wheels.
  • Page 7 FRONT REAR FRONT REAR Attach the Drip Tray Left Bracket (B11) to the left legs using ST4.0x10 Screws (D1x2pcs) as shown. Repeat above process for Drip Tray Right Bracket (B12). LEFT RIGHT Attach the Upper Support (C14) between the front legs using M6x15 Bolts (D6x4pcs).
  • Page 8 Attach the Magnets (C20) onto the bottom panel and upper support using M4x15 Bolts (D3x4pcs), Washer (D4x4pcs) and M4 Nuts (D5x4pcs) as shown. ① ② Step Step Fit the Left Door (C15) and Right Door (C16) to the cabinet by depressing the spring pins and placing into the cabinet, as shown.
  • Page 9 Body supports Carefully place the Barbecue Body (B1) onto the body supports and fix it by using M6x15 Bolts (D6x4pcs) as shown. WARNING: DO NOT RELEASE THE BARBECUE BODY WHILE THE BARBECUE HAS NOT BEEN PROPERLY SEATED. THIS MAY RESULT IN INJURY OR DAMAGE TO YOUR BARBECUE.

  • Page 11 step1 step2 step4 step3 Attach the side burner shelf assembly to the barbecue body using ST4.0x10 Screws (D1x2pcs) and M6x15 Bolts (D6x4pcs) as shown.    Attach the side burner valve and Knob Bezel (C5) onto side burner shelf using M4x10 Bolts (D2x2pcs) as shown.
  • Page 12   Feed the venturi tube of the Side Burner (C6) through the hole in bottom of the side burner shelf, and fix side it onto side burner shelf using a M4x10 Bolt (D2) as shown. Make sure that the end of venturi tube is set over the gas outlet of side burner valve.
  • Page 13 Carefully lay Flame Tamers (B6) into the barbecue body ensuring it lies level within the body. Lay the Cooking Grills (B7) and Round Grill (B8) into place. NOTE: Ensure the cooking grill lies directly over the flame tamer on the barbecue body. Place Side Burner Grid (C3) onto the Side burner shelf.
