Pitch and Throttle Setting

■ピッチの設定
① 送信機のピッチカーブ機能にデータが入力されていないことを
確認してください。もし入力されている場合はデータを消去し
てください。（詳しくは送信機の説明書をご覧ください。）
② 送信機のスロットルスティックが中立のとき、（送信機のピッ
チカーブの設定が50%または0%のとき）メインブレードのピッ
チ角が0°になるように、ピッチロッドの長さを調整します。
※必ず両方のメインブレードを調整してください。
③ メインブレードのピッチ角が0°のとき図-3のようにSWMレバ
ー、スワッシュプレート、ウオッシュアウトコントロールアー
ム、ピッチアーム、ピッチホリゾンタルロッドがそれぞれ水平
になっていることを確認してくだい。
④ 水平になっていない場合、ラジアスブロック取付位置の調整
と、ピッチロッド、スワッシュロッドの長さを調整します。
⑤ ラジアスブロックの取付位置の調整を行った後は、図-2を参考
に再度位相調整を行い、M3X22CSを本締めしてください。
⑥ ピッチの設定とリンケージの調整後は必ず、ø2X180ピッチホ
リゾンタルロッドとM4X4SSを取外してください。
ピッチゲージをメインブレードの先端から約80mmに
取付け、ø2X180ピッチホリゾンタルロッドを水平にし
てピッチゲージで測ります。（メインブレードを少し
持ち上げて測ります。）
Set pitch gauge about 80mm from the main rotor blade tip
and measure. Be sure to keep the ø2X180 pitch horizontal
rod level.
Measure pitch while lifting up a little on the blade for
positive pitch measurement and down a little for negative
pitch measurement.
注 意 Caution
必ずヒロボー製ピッチゲージ(2513-040)を使用して
ください。
For best results, use Hirobo's pitch gauge
2513-040.

■ Pitch setting
① Verify that not data is input in the transmitter's pitch curve function.
If any data is input, delete it. (Refer to the transmitter instruction
manual for details.)
② When the transmitter throttle stick is in neutral (when the transmitter
pitch curve is at 50% or 0%), adjust the pitch rod length so that the
main blade pitch angle is 0°.
* Make sure to adjust both main blades.
③ When the main blade pitch angle is 0°, verify that the SWM lever,
swash plate, washout control arm, pitch arm and pitch horizontal rod
are all level as shown in Figure-3.
④ If they are not level, adjust the radius block position and pitch rod
and swash rod length.
⑤ After adjusting the radius block position, refer to Fig. 2 and readjust
the phase and completely tighten the M3X22CS.
⑥ After adjusting the pitch setting and linkage, make sure to
remove the ø2X180 pitch horizontal rod and the M4X4SS.

dome and lightly fasten using the M4X4
set screws so that it doesn't move.
