CONTROL FUNCTIONS

Your Pour Over Kettles' functions can be adjusted using the Control Buttons.

Note: Lifting kettle off Power Base during heating will not cancel the cycle immediatley. The cycle
will continue when kettle is placed back on the Power Base within 10 minutes. After 10 minutes the
cycle is automatically cancelled. You will need to press the Start/Stop Button once, the Start/Stop
Button will illuminate. Then press again and the Screen will illuminate.

DESCRIPTION
Rotate the dial clockwise to
increase and anti-clockwise
to decrease the target
temperature.
When Screen is illuminated,
press to start or cancel
water heating.
Press once to toggle
between °F/°C. Screen will
display the unit selected.
Press and hold for 3 seconds
to mute all key tones and
feedback sounds. symbol
will show on the Screen
when muted.
Press once anytime during
heating cycle to hold the set
temperature for 5 minutes,
even if you remove kettle
from Power Base. Note:
You can only hold up to
96°C/205°F.
