C. Applying Power
The printer has a universal power supply properly configured for the power used in your country. To
connect this power cord to the printer, locate the appropriate power cord for your country and refer to
the following steps:
1. Locate the power cord delivered with your printer.
2. Place the DC power plug end of the power cord into the printer's Power Input Port.
3. Place the AC power plug end of the power cord into an available wall outlet.
Power is automatically applied to the printer when it is plugged in. Press the Power button
wish to turn the printer OFF. If the printer will not be used for a long period of time, unplug the power
supply cord from the wall outlet.
