Prevent Print Heads from Clogging
Shake the ink cartridge when either of these pop-ups shows up.
•
Replace a used ink cartridge with new one immediately to prevent print heads from clogging.

Basic Maintenance Items for Comfortable Printing
• Perform maintenance as outlined in the maintenance schedule
The printer will perform automatic maintenance periodically. But if you do not perform maintenance
periodically, the ink in the cartridge may settle and/or coagulate, causing poor image quality or
printer failure.
