Possible reasons why
Program selector is set to OFF
No motor power present
No high voltage power
Blown fuse
Activation unit does not function
Electric strike plate is binding
Arm system has come loose
Open Limit Switch has come loose
Constant impulse is created
Pump pressure is too low
"Lock-kick" valve is opened too much Adjust valve screw
Pump pressure too high
Low speed distance too short
Motor in contact with backplate
Magnetic valve fails to operate

Troubleshooting

Remedies/Explanation
Change setting
Check motor cable
Check power
Replace fuse
Strap impulse inputs
Adjust strike plate
Readjust pre-tension and tighten arm system
Check limit switch
Disconnect activation unit or replace control unit
Adjust pump pressure
Adjust pump pressure
Increase opening angle, or
increase pre-tension of arm system
Mount two extra screws at the motor side of the
backplate to secure to wall
Check by pressing the pin on top of the magnetic
valve.
If the door stops, then check the resistance (should
be 150 ohm) for the wire between the magnetic
valve and the control unit.
