Safety Information for Wireless Devices

FCC Compliance
This device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1)
This device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received,
including interference that may cause undesired operation.
This transmitter must not be co-located or operated in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter. This
equipment complies with FCC radiation exposure limits set forth for an uncontrolled environment.
End users must follow the specific operating instructions for satisfying RF exposure compliance.
Note:
This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class A digital device,
pursuant to part 15 of the FCC Rules.
These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference when the
equipment is operated in a commercial environment. This equipment generates, uses, and can
radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instruction
manual, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. Operation of this equipment in a
residential area is likely to cause harmful interference in which case the user will be required to
correct the interference at his own expense.
CAUTION:
Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the manufacturer responsible for compliance
could void the user's authority to operate the equipment.
This device complies with FCC radiation exposure limits set forth for an uncontrolled environment and meets
the FCC radio frequency (RF) Exposure Guidelines. This device has very low levels of RF energy that it is
deemed to comply without maximum permissive exposure evaluation (MPE). But it is desirable that it should
be installed and operated keeping the radiator at least 20 cm or more away from person's body.

This device complies with Industry Canada's license-exempt RSSs. Operation is subject to the following two

of the device

Honeywell Analytics Asia Pacific Co., Ltd. hereby declares that this gas detector, VESDA Sensepoint XCL,
is in compliance with the essential requirements and other relevant provisions of Directive 2014/53/EU.
