Indications
vhw = Speed value in knots from NMEA telegram VHW
(speed through water).

The speed for which the source has been selected, is displayed.
The display alternates between 099.0 (=accepting value)
and, say, 052.8 (speed in knots). If no value is accepted
(transferred) the display stays at 099.0.
