Troubleshooting

WARNING: Troubleshooting procedures involve
working with high voltages which can cause
injury or death. Troubleshooting should only be
performed by Factory Authorized Service
Personnel.
This section is a guide for troubleshooting equipment
problems. Component parts must be replaced only with like
components.

Solution
Check that the cord is securely plugged in. Plug another
appliance into the outlet to see if it is live.
Test the voltage and verify that it is correct for your unit Check
if there is any frost build up on refrigeration coils. Turn unit off
and allow it to defrost. Remove contents from top shelf of unit.
Clean condenser
Reset control
Improve air movement
Make sure that the control is set correctly.
Check for proper clearance on sides and rear of unit per
manual.
If the temperature control is set correctly, the condenser is
clean, but temperature continues to fluctuate, call an
authorized service representative.
Place the equipment on an even surface or use adjustable feet.
Reset control
Make sure the door is completely closed.
Check the door seal
Allow ample time to recover from loading warm product.
Check for proper voltage to the unit. If there is no voltage to the
unit, call an electrician.
If the compressor is not running and the power audible is on,
have an electrician check for proper voltage to the unit.
If the compressor is not running and the power failure alarm is
off, call the customer service for assistance.
