3.1 Product overview

The Oregon 710-120 Auto Chain Grinder is a machine that sharpens chains. The machine can sharpen
chains (3/8", 3/8" Low Profile, .325", and .404" pitch) for power saws, forestry machines, and harvesters.

Description
Holds the grinding wheel in its correct position.
The controls starts and stops the different functions of the
machine. See section 3.5, "Controls" for further information.
The wheel that sharpens the chain.
Centers the grinding wheel above the chain.
Sets the grinding depth for the gullets.
Sets the grinding length.
Supplies electricity to the machine.
Advances the chain through the vise.
Positions the chain as it moves in the machine.
Sets the right and left cutters to equal length.
Sets the top-plate angle, 0-35°. Default 25°.
