9 Trouble-shooting

Possible cause

• Faulty electrical connec-

tion.

• Overvoltage

... in the display appears

Possible cause

• The childproof lock is

switched on.

Solution

Cancel the error message by pressing the

button.

Disconnect the power supply for about 1

minute.

Switch the power supply back on again and

select a new programme.

If the error appears again:

disconnect the power supply.

Have an electrician check the house instal-

lation.

If the error appears again:

note down the error message in full and the

serial number (FN) and then disconnect the

power supply.

Call Customer Services.

Inform the caretaker, the owner of the appli-

ance or the property management

company.

Solution

Refer to the section on how to operate the

appliance with the childproof lock activated.

Switch off the childproof lock.
