Hint
The spray guns are mounted on an adapter K from which they can be easily removed,
enabling a quick replacement of the guns.

Switch off the plant and/or the high-voltage generator.

Set spray guns in service position (depends on coating system).

Loosen outer nut L by turning it counter clockwise.

Disconnect spray guns D from adapter K and remove carefully.
- When removing the spray guns the supply of powder and atomizing air is interrupted .
Caution
Do not damage the electrical cable !

When removing the spray guns, the electrical cable E can be pulled out only to a
certain length !

Disconnect the electrical cable E from the spray guns D .

Replace the spray gun with a new gun and fit this in the reverse order of removal.
