Section 3 - Configuration
Parental Control is used to allow you to set up a range
of IP Addresses that can be either be blacklisted or
whitelisted to certain MAC addresses on the network.
Active:
Select to either Disable or Enable the Parental
Control feature.
Comment:
You can enter a comment here for each rule
that is created.
MAC Address:
Enter the MAC address to be monitored and
click Save to add it to the parental control list.
Local IP:
Enter the start and end of an IP address
range that you would like to filter on the local
network. This is normally used to prevent
access to certain parts of the internal network.
Destination IP:
Enter the start and end of an IP address range
that you would like to filter on the destination
network. This is normally used to prevent
access to certain parts of the external network.
Protocol:
Specify which protocol to filter.
Local Port:
Enter the specific port to filter on the local
network.
