NOTICE
To reduce the risk of damaging the robotic mower, never
attempt to lift, carry or transport the robotic mower by the
rotary knob. The rotary knob is designed to come off the
robotic mower if pulled. This prevents the unit from being
lifted and carried by the rotary knob.
NOTICE
To avoid overloading the motor, avoid setting the cutting
height too low in tall grass. If the motor slows or bogs down
when entering the grass, activate the disabling device and
raise the cutting height.

17.4 Removing and Mounting the Control Panel /

Manual Controller

WARNING
To help reduce the risk of serious personal injury or death
from unintentional starting, always press and hold the STOP
button for 5 seconds to activate the disabling device before
approaching the unit while it is operation.
The control panel / manual controller can be removed from
the robotic mower to manually mow or to change the
programming of the robotic mower.
Automatic operation of the robotic mower is only possible
when the control panel / manual controller is mounted
securely onboard the robotic mower.

To remove the control panel / manual controller:
► Press and hold the STOP button for 5 seconds.
► Lift the rear of the control panel / manual controller (1) and
remove it from the robotic mower.
The control panel / manual controller remains connected
to the robotic mower via a spiral cable.
To mount the control panel / manual controller:
► Press and hold the STOP button for 5 seconds.

► Stow the spiral cable in the housing compartment.
► Tilt the control panel / manual controller back slightly and
insert the tabs (2) into the recesses in the housing (3).
► Carefully press down on the front of the control panel /
manual controller until the unit is securely attached and
you hear an audible click.
