6. Maintenance
Replacing a LED module of the LED video wall
Removing a LED module:
• using the front maintenance tool* to suck the module off from the screen.
Fixing a LED module:
• using the front maintenance tool to put the module on the screen.
Replacing a cabinet control board
Necessary tools:
• 6mm cross head screw driver
Removing the control board:
• Lay the cabinet. Unscrew the 4 screws on the cabinet and remove the cover.
• Remove the 5 screws on the control board and take the control board off in the vertical
direction.
The process of fixing a cabinet control board is in a reverse order of removing it.
Replacing a power supply
Necessary tools
• 6mm cross head screw driver
CAUTION:
The replacement work must be done AFTER all power supplies to
the LED video wall have been completely disconnected.
*front maintenance tool is not included
