Installation and regulation of power tool
elements
Before carrying out any works on the power tool it
must be disconnected from the mains.
Do not draw up the fastening elements
too tight to avoid damaging the thread�
Additional handle (see fig. 1)
Always use the additional handle 11 when operating�
Fig� 1 shows the steps for mounting / dismounting an
additional handle 11�
Installation / replacement of the diamond cutting
discs, setting the width of the cut slot (see fig. 2-8)
Note: always replace the diamond cutting
discs in pairs. Do not use old and new
diamond cutting discs at the same time.
After installing the diamond cutting
discs, before starting work, perform a
test run: turn on the power tool and let
it work at idle for at least 30 seconds. It
is prohibited to use the diamond cutting discs with
a beat or causing increased vibration of the power
tool.
When used for a long time, the diamond
cutting discs can become very hot; remove
them having gloves put on your hands.
Complete disassembly (see fig. 2-4, 8)
Figures 2-4 show the process of complete
disassembly. In this case, the front cover 26 is
removed and full access to all parts and the space
inside the protective casing 7 is provided. This
allows thorough cleaning of all parts, as well as
monitoring their condition.
