SF 28PT • Setup Guide (Continued)
ATTENTION:
•
Do not use regular wire cutters to cut through
the steel cable. Ordinary wire cutters may be
damaged when attempting to cut through the
steel cable. You must use a suitable cable
cutter to cut the steel cable.
•
N'utilisez pas de cisaille standard pour

Strip back as much of the PCC-2 outer jacket as needed.
4.
If the optional ceiling bracket is being installed, see
Optional Ceiling Bracket Kit
with the next step.

At the structure attachment point end of the support cables,
route the cut end of one cable through one end of the
cable lock (

To connect the speaker wires to the amplifier:
On the cut end of the PCC-2 cable, strip 7/16-inch
(11 mm) from the ends of the protruding black and red
wires. These wires will be inserted into the two 3-pole
splicing connectors (included).
DO NOT TIN THE WIRES.

Connect the speaker/amplifier wires to the 3-pole
splicing connectors in step 8.

Strip 7/16-inch (11 mm) from the ends of the black
and red amplifier wires. These wires will be inserted
into the two 3-pole splicing connectors.
DO NOT TIN THE WIRES.
b.
The red speaker/amplifier wire connects to the
splicing connector wired to the red wire, and the
black speaker/amplifier wire coming from the
junction box connects to the splicing connector
wired to the black wire.
