Loosen the four captive screws on the capillary inlet access plate (located on the upper
front panel), then remove the plate.

Locate a Teflon front ferrule, a nylon rear ferrule, and a stainless steel nut in the
Accessories kit.
5.
Insert the capillary tube through the grommet on the front of the instrument. Place the nut
on the capillary tube, followed by the rear ferrule and the front ferrule.
6.
Insert the capillary tube into the capillary tube fitting. Slide the nut to the fitting and
tighten.
7.
Using the Valco-style nuts and the Upchurch PEEK ferrules, connect the other end of the
capillary tube to the instrument to be monitored.
8.
The Accessories kit includes two ethernet cables:
• Use the crossover cable for connecting directly to a computer (recommended)
• Use the straight-thru cable for connecting to an ethernet switch
