Possible cause(s)
Printer paper jam.
Printer has failed.
The connected sensor is not an

OxyTip sensor. Oximeter can't
identify the connected sensor.
Broken sensor cable wire,
inoperative LEDs, or faulty
detector; the sensor has failed.
Sensor off patient.
An internal component of the unit
has failed. XXX represents the
error code.

TruTrak technology is not active;
the averaging mode is not set to
Long.
Recommended action(s)
Remove the jammed paper.
See Removing a paper jam in
chapter 4.
Printer requires service.
Replace sensor. Refer to the
instructions for the sensor you are
using.
Replace sensor.
Reattach the sensor.
Unit requires service.
