Troubleshooting

The USB mains adapter is not displaying any
function or the operating LED
white.
♦
Plug the USB mains adapter plug into a properly
installed mains power socket .
♦
Please check your house fuses .
The operating LED
off. The USB mains adapter is overloaded or
short-circuited.
♦
Immediately disconnect all the connected mobile
devices one after the other until the operating LED
lights up continuously white again .
The USB mains adapter is ready for use again .
