OEM GENERAL PROGRAMMING INSTRUCTIONS

The control valve offers mul�ple procedures that allow the valve to be modified to suit the needs of the installa�on. These
procedures are:
• OEM System Setup
• OEM Configura�on Setup
• User Display Se�ngs
• Diagnos�cs
• Valve History
• Installer Display Se�ngs
Once the OEM System has been set up, the other procedures can be accessed in any order. Details on each of the procedures are
provided on the following pages.
To "lock out" access to diagnos�c and valve history displays and modifica�ons to se�ngs except hardness, day override, �me
of regenera�on and �me of day by anyone but the manufacturer, press , NEXT,

When desired, all programming and informa�on in Diagnos�cs may be reset to defaults when the valve is installed in a
new loca�on. To reset to defaults, press NEXT and

Some�mes it is desirable to have the valve ini�ate and complete two regenera�ons within 24 hours and then return to the preset
regenera�on procedure. It is possible to do a double regenera�on if the control valve is set to "DELAYED REGEN" or "BOTH".
To do a double regenera�on:
1. Press the "REGEN" bu�on once. REGEN TODAY will flash on the display.
2. Press and hold the "REGEN" bu�on for three seconds un�l the valve regenera�on ini�ates.
Once the valve has completed the immediate regenera�on, the valve will regenerate one more �me at the preset regenera�on �me.
For Valve Type 1.0TWIN, press and hold CLOCK and
out cycling the regenera�on valve. A�er tank switch, days remaining and capacity remaining status is retained for each tank un�l
the next regenera�on.
Propor�onal Brining
If the system is set up as a prefill up flow so�ener, the control valve can also be set to normal or propor�onal brining.
Prior to selec�ng the up flow regenera�on cycle, verify that the correct body, main piston, regenerant piston and stack are being
used, and that the injector plug(s) are in the correct loca�on. Refer to the Service Manual for drawings and part numbers.
