Roller Adjustment - Joy Sport CT-Unicum Manual

After the machine is completely assembled, if any of the PU rollers occur too close to the alum rail
due to screw size & holes tolerance during the assembly, you may adjust the rollers with the following
procedures:
STEP1
As shown in Photo 1 and Drawing 1, release,
two screws & take off the roller cover. As the left
and right pedals are different, you will find two
different Roller Assemblies, style A and B, as
shown in the drawing. There are three nuts in
each style A and B assembly as marked in the
drawing

STEP2 Photo 2
As shown in Drawing and Photo 2, use the tool
(*2 wrench ) to slightly loosen nut ➀
for both style A and B pedals, roughly 4‐5 turns.
STEP3
Determine the direction you desire to move the
rollers. ( As shown in Drawing (3A)/(3B)/Photo 3)
(A) If you would like to move the roller closer
to nut (2), loosen nut (3) for 4~5 turns.
Turn the center axle to move the roller into the
new position then use two tools (*2 wrench ) to
tighten up nuts (1) & (3) firmly as shown in Photo 4.
(B)If you wish to move the roller closer to nut (3),
loosen nut (2) for 4~5 turns, then turn the center axle
to move the roller into the new position. then
use two tools (*2wrench) to tighten up nuts (1) & (3)
firmly as shown in Photo 4.
After roller adjustments are completed, reattach the roller
covers with the two screws (released from Step 1).
