HOW TO OPERATE THE ADJUSTOR
ADJUSTOR comes with five (5) adjustable locations for different ranges of stride length

Simply release the knob going down (Top hole is the smallest range) to adjust stride length.
To make further adjustments, first pull up the knob then move it down to the new desired
location. Finally, set the knob/pin to the new location by locking up the knob.
There are two places that will display the stride length selection you just made:
1) On the console display, there is a LED indicator. Every time you select a new location, the
LED display will indicate the selected stride length accordingly.
2) On one side of the adjustor, there is an "ARROW " that will indicate the stride length
you selected.
IMPORTANT:
(A) How to RESET the "ARROW " ? If the arrow moves from its proper
location for any reason, simply set the adjustable knob to the first (Top)
location on the adjustor then set the "ARROW " to the first (smallest)
stride length, then the reset is complete.
(B) On the side of adjustor, there is a pin lock bolt (#114) as shown in photo. Even
though the inner and outer parts of the adjustor are pre‐assembled, with
extended use over time, it may be necessary to re‐tighten the lock bolt (#114)
with the M8 bigger Allen Key (provide with the hardware bag) to avoid space
forming between the inner and outer parts of the adjustor that will cause the
adjustor to make noise.
