- Page 8 3) locking sleeves with tool and cover the nut with two caps (#21) STEP:3 UPRIGHT TUBE ASSY.TO THE FRAME PARTS LIST QUANTITY As photo shown Insert the post joint cover (#5) onto the upright tube (#68) then 1) place upright tube on top of a chair ( or by a second person to assist holding) close to the main frame be facilitated to connect the cables. 2) check the direction of upright tube before connect the Top/Bottom pre‐assembled cables as photo shown. 3) keep the post cover with upper part of the upright tube,fixing six screws (#18) with finger locking first then tighten all firmly. Note! tighten two screws on the label "①" screw hold first and then tighten up the rest of four screws to avoid the hold alignment match problem. PEDAL COVER ASSY ( 一） STEP:4 PARTS LIST QUANTITY As photo shown 1) Set both pedal tube assy (#74/#75) (left/right) on the floor, indentify (right/left)tube. 2) Assembly the top step (#97/#98) with screws (#29 & #30) STEP:5 PEDAL COVER ASSY ( 二）& PEDAL TUBE ASSY. (一) PARTS LIST QUANTITY As photo show 1) Set the pedal tube left & right (#74/#75) to the main frame, secure the pedal tube with main frame with washer (#17) and M10 lock nut (#12) tighten firmly. 2) Set the right pedal tube cover, top "R" (#101) and bottom "R" (#102) with screws (#29). 3) Do the same to tighten up the pedal tube cover, top "L" (#101)and bottom (#102) to the left pedal tube (#74) JOY SPORT...

- Page 10 2) Three locations on the swivel tube available adjust to lock with the middle holes for both right/left tubes. STEP:7 UPPER SWING ARM ASSY. PARTS LIST QUANTITY As photo shown 1) Set the swing arm handlebars R/L (#72/#73), insert to both swivel tubes (#69/#70). 2) Turn and match the handlebars with the aligned holes, secure parts (#72/#69) also (#73/#70) with screw (#18) and special spring washer (#A) then flat washer (#65), tighten up both totally. STEP:8 CENTER COVER & BOTTLE HOLDER ASSY PARTS LIST QUANTITY As photo shown 1) Pre‐assemble the rear cover (#94) with bottle holder Grey (#105) with #104 screws (#104) 2) tighten up the front cover (#95) with rear cover (#96) with screws (#29) for both right & left side. Finally secure the font cover A(#93) with rear cover A (#94) with screw (#29) FIX HANDLEBAR ASSY. STEP:9 PARTS LIST QUANTITY As photo shown 1) Fit the fixed handlebar (#71) with screws (#6) and thru the bracket hold of upright tube with screw driver. 2) Set both EKG cables thru the small holes under the fix handlebar (#71) on the #88A/B upright tube, pick up cables from top of the upright tube. 3) Secure the fix handlebar covers (#88A/#88B) with screw (#61) Note: Bottom cover (#88B) got a nut inject in the bar. - Page 12 A photo shown 1) Connect cable comes out from console (#43) also cables from the upright tube firmly. Note: check & plug cables, same color to plug together, black color can plug with black no need to select special plug. 2) Insert all plugged cables into the uprught tube, set console (#43) on the top of upright tube, secure with for screws (E) STEP:11 PLASTIC PEDAL ASSY. PARTS LIST QUANTITY As photo shown 1) Set both pedal tube (#74/#75) & plastic pedals(#52) on the floor, There is no difference between the left /right pedals (#52), secure both pedal (#52) to the pedal tube assy.(#74/#75) with screw (#18) from the top. Note! the pedal has left/right label, check the direction of pedal for front and foot protection edge of pedal as drawing shown) 2) There is a stride location adjustable bar (#55) can set with 8 different locations for the stride length, it has to set both left & right bar at the same location ( number shown on the plastic pedals) Note! Three sets of holds on the tube plate, user may choice one set to use, eash set will give one inch variation pedal distance to select, make sure both pedasl select the same location of holes STEP:12 POWER ADAPTOR PARTS LIST QUANTITY As photo shown #106 1) Plug the power cord with power adaptor (#34) into an appropriate outlet IMPORTANT: The elliptical exerciser is not compatible with GFCI‐equipped outlets. 2) The othe r end of the access hole in the rear of the base frame Note! before plug in, please check the voltage specifications on the label. - Page 34 Onderdeel Aantal 1) Plaats een deel van de verpakking onder frame om montage te vereenvoudigen. 2) Verbind de steun met twee bouten (#19) vulringen (#65) moeren (#20). 3) Zet de moeren goed vast en dek ze af met de kapjes (#21). STAP:3 Montage staander op hoofdframe Nummer Onderdeel Aantal 1) Monteer de afdekkap (#5) over de staander (#68). 2) Houd de onderzijde van de paal tegen framebuis en verbind de kabels. 3) Monteer de 6 schroeven (#18) zet deze eerst allemaal losjes vast en pas daarna vastzetten. Montage Pedaalafdekking STAP:4 Nummer Onderdeel Aantal 1) Monteer op beide pedalen (#74/#75) (links/rechts) de pedaalarm kapjes, let op (linker/rechter). 2) Monteer de afdekkingen (#97/#98) en zet vast met met schroeven (#29 & #30). STAP:5 Montage draaipuntafdekking Nummer Onderdeel QUANTITY 1) Monteer de pedaalbuis links & rechts (#74/#75) op het frame, zet deze vast met vulring (#17) en M10 borgmoer (#12) zet deze goed vast. 2) Monteer rechter pedaalafdekking,boven "R" (#101) en onder "R" (#102) met schroeven(#29). 3) Doe hetzelfde met de linkerpedaal afdekking , boven (#101) en onder (#102). STAP:8 Montage centrale afdekking & bidonhouder Nummer Onderdeel Aantal 1) Verbind de achterafdekking (#94) met bidonhouder (#105) met de schroeven (#104). #104 2) Verbind de voorafdekking (#95) met achterafdekking (#96) met de schroeven (#29) voor linker en rechterkant, verbind afdekking (#93) met achterafdekking (#94) met de schroeven (#29). Montage handgreep STAP:9 Nummer Onderdeel Aantal 1) Monteer de handgreep (#71) met de schroeven (#6) in de steun op de voorstaander. 2) Schuif beide EKG kabels door het kleine gaatje onder de steun (#71) en pak ze op aan de bovenzijde van de voorstaander. #88A/B 3) Bevestig de handgreep afdekkingen (#88A/#88B) met de schroeven (#6 ). STAP:10 Montage computer Nummer Onderdeel Aantal 1) Verbind de kabels uit de computer (#43) met de kabels uit de voorstaander. Tip: controleer en verbind kabels ,met dezelfde kleur, de zwarten kunnen onderling worden gewisseld. 2) Stop alle kabels weg in de voorstaander en plaats de computer (#43) bovenop de voorstaander en zet deze vast met de schroeven (E).
