Working on the PCBA

When working on the PCBA, Install ground lug with two wires from ground cable assembly
onto PCBA using a #6x1/4 screw (473-00079-100) where shown. Torque to 5.0 in-lbs. Bend
lug upwards 90 degrees as shown. Wrap 'J5' wire around post as shown.
