Integer type; indicates the type of access technology. AT+CEDRXS? is used to specify
the relationship between the type of access technology and the requested eDRX
value.

to 1 of octet 3 of the extended DRX parameters information element
(see subclause 10.5.5.32 of 3GPP TS 24.008 [8]). For the coding and
the value range, see extended DRX parameters information element in
3GPP TS 24.008 [8] Table 10.5.5.32/3GPP TS 24.008. The default
value, if available, is manufacturer specific.
