Attach the Hinge Clips before assembling the cabinetry.
Door Hinge Clips -
Line up the Hinge Clip with the pre-drilled holes in the End Panel. Ensure that the arrow on
the Hinge Clip is pointing towards the edge tape. Fix these by tapping them in gently with a
hammer, then tightening the screws. Refer to image 3 page 5
Start the cabinet assembly by using either one of the End Panels
Back Panel - With the cam locks facing away from the inside, place the cabinet back panel onto
the side panel. Match up the cam locks with the cam pins. Tighten the cam locks and cam pins
together by using a Phillips Head hand screwdriver.
Bottom and Top Panels - With the cam locks facing away from the inside of the cabinet attach
these panels to the end panel and back panel. Refer to images 1 & 2 page 5
Kick Panel - With the cam locks facing to the inside of the cabinet attach this panel to the end
panel.
• Place the remaining end panel over the top of the previously assembled panels. Ensuring the
cam pins are lined up with the cam locks. Tighten the cam pins to the cam locks.
Note: You may need to lightly tap the cam pins into the cam locks with a rubber mallet. Ensure
you do this where the cam pins are. Failure to do so may result in damage.
Fixed Shelves – Place the Cam Locks over the previously installed Cam Pins. Then tighten the
Cam Pins using a Phillips Head hand screwdriver.
Before attaching the door panel, place the cabinet next to the side of the wall bed that it will be

Door Hinges -
Place the cup part of the hinge into the cupboard door panel, ensuring that the arm of the hinge
is facing out of the door panel. Once in the position close the hinged flap, this will secure them
into place. There are no screws required to attach these hinges. Refer to images 4, 5 & 6 page 5
Attaching the Door to the Cabinet – Insert the hinge prongs on the hinge arms into the hinge
clip. Once inserted press the back of the hinge arm until you hear it click into place. Refer to
image 7 page 5
• Once the door is attached, check that the cabinet door panel is flush with the front edge of
the end panel of the wall bed.

Step 2 – Cabinet Assembly
Once assembled, stand the cabinet up to fit the fixed shelving.
Step 3 – Fitting the Door Hinges and Door Panel
