1. Select a service by pressing up and down on the navigation key.
2. Select More → Delete → Yes.

To open the Settings menu
In Idle mode, press Menu or the middle navigation key.

Sound and Alert Settings

This section describes how to configure or change audio and vibration signals on the handset.
Adjust the Ring Volume
In the Settings menu, select Sound & Alerts.

Select Volume.

3. To increase the volume, press right or up navigation key. To decrease the volume, press left or
down navigation key. Press Back to save the setting.
If a handset restriction is enabled, it might not be possible to set the ring volume to Silent. For
more information, refer to the Mitel 5634 VoWi-Fi Handset Configuration Guide.
Set Different Ring Signals for Calls
1. In the Settings menu, select Sound & Alerts → Ring signals.
Select Internal call, External call, or Callback. The handset has several different ring signals.

Select a sound. To listen to the different sounds, press Play.

Additional ring signals can be selected if they are configured via WinPDM/WSM3/CPDM3 DM.

Set Alerts for Messages
Applicable to 5634 Services and 5634 Alarm only.
In the Settings menu, select Sound & Alerts → Message alert. Different message alerts can be

selected.
2. Select a message alert from list. Press Play to listen to the different sounds.
The option Custom sounds should be selected to use a customized message alert. For
