Important Notice
● When a device failure is generated, it is possible that the AC and the facility unit cannot be controlled or
monitored. If so, refer to this method: Control via RC and control and monitoring method excluding the unit.
● It is important to perform a daily Test Run on all indoor units upon startup of operation.
● This unit controls and monitors using the computer clock as a standard.
If the time setting is changed by mistake on the computer, there is a possibility that controlling and monitoring
cannot be performed correctly. Do not perform unnecessary modifications.
● The durability of the computer differs with one of the AC and so need to be updated periodically.
● The computer is not included in this package.
The costs such as data transfer work depending on this computer and failures are not included in this product.
● When the entire AC system does not operate correctly, perform control again if needed after recovery.
● When alarm 60, 61, 64 or 65 is generated, because the communication error between each AC and this unit is
indicated, the setting value of the AC unit may be incorrect.
● When this unit is turned OFF or when communication between the computer and this unit is not performed, the
screen can indicate an incorrect value.
● Do not access at the same time from a computer with the same unit. The communication may be impossible to
perform correctly.
● A screen message displaying [Please wait a moment] indicates that the control is refreshing the data.
