CONTROL ELEMENTS

Cold units (856013/856014/ 856023 / 856024)
y Controller operation
- Turn on by key 6.
- Turn on or turn off the light by key 3.
- Adjusting the controller temperature:
* press key 5. Displaying the controller temperature.
* set the new temperature using the keys 1 and 4.
* confirm by pressing key 5.
- Displaying the minimum and maximum temperatures:
* press 4 for the minimum temperature
4 or wait for 5 seconds.
* press 1 for the maximum temperature
1 or wait for 5 seconds.
- Start manual defrosting: press 2 for more than 2 seconds.
Hot units : 857013 / 857014 /857213 / 857214 / 857223 / 857224 / 857514
y Controller operation
- Controller adjustable from:
* 20° to 110°C (857213 / 857214 / 857223 / 857224 / 857514 (heated top controller).
* 20° to 130° C (851013 / 851014 / 857514 (bain-marie controller).
- Adjusting the controller temperature:
* press key 4 for more than 2 seconds. The temperature setting is displayed and the °C key blinks.
* set the new temperature using keys 2 and 3 within 10 seconds.
* validate by pressing key 4 or wait for 10 seconds.
- Displaying the minimum and maximum temperatures:
* press and release key 2 for the minimum temperature
recorded press 2 or wait for 5 seconds.
* press 3 for the maximum temperature
3 or wait for 5 seconds.
USE
Shelf
To open the shelf, simply pivot it around its axis, until it lock on its own in high position.
To unlock it:
- raise it, then pull it towards you (1).
- lower it while still pulling it towards you (2).
Hot units
y Bain-marie (857013 / 857014 / 857514)
- Can be used with gastronome containers up to 150 mm high.
- Do not use for water.
- Turn on by pressing key 1 on the controller:
* turn on via the upper illuminated switch.
* set the thermostat to 120/130°C. Close the top of the tank with empty containers or gastronome lids. Preheat for 30
minutes prior to use.
