9.2 Adding fuel

During operation, to add fuel, it is necessary to
follow this procedure:
• Slowly open the fire door in order to avoid cre-
ating an air depression in the fire box, which
would cause an almost certain release of smoke
into the room (depending on the flue draw).
• Refill the fire box with fuel and then close the
fire door.
Do not overheat the product by inserting an
excess quantity of fuel.
Introduce fuel when the embers have formed
and the flame has lowered.
The appliance is equipped with a bypass valve,
which, when opened, facilitates the escape of
smoke into the flue, minimising puffs of smoke
into the environment.
9.3 Operation version WT60 3D N16
Natural convection heating.
In this configuration, combustion is regulated by
inserting the cold handle supplied (A) into the
adjustment lever located at the base of the door.
Turning it toward the symbols (+) or (-) you will
obtain a higher or lower flow of combustion air
and consequently a faster or slower combustion.
Select the desired position (Fig. 36).
